The atmosphere is always welcoming. Once you receive assistance, the sale associates are helpful. I would recommend Bronson the most. I find him more enjoyable and friendly than any other sales associates there when you walk in. This is always my experience at Kapolei. Yesterday was the woman's first day on the job in the Slumber World section. Seriously, I would recommend her. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. But having her help and assist me is like having Bronson there even though yesterday he wasn't working.
